The purpose of the foundation is to promote charitable causes, in particular support for young people and social cohesion.
The Dewender-Stiftung is recognized as a charitable organization. It is exempt from corporate income tax and trade tax in accordance with the currently valid exemption notices and is authorized to issue donation receipts.
The foundation’s board consists of one person. The board member of the Dewender-Stiftung is Norbert Dewender.

The foundation does not employ any staff.
The board performs its duties exclusively on a voluntary basis.
