Investment guidelines
The Dewender-Stiftung pursues a conservative, long-term investment strategy. Its primary objective is the preservation of the foundation’s capital, along with the generation of reliable returns to sustainably support its statutory purposes.
Investments are made exclusively in euro-denominated, broadly diversified, UCITS-compliant instruments. Speculative or complex products are strictly avoided.
The asset allocation combines growth-oriented equity investments, stabilizing bonds, and an appropriate liquidity reserve.
The target allocation is regularly reviewed and systematically adjusted on an annual basis.
Annual distributions are based on the portfolio value at the end of the previous year and amount to approximately 3% to 4%.
Ongoing reporting and annual documentation ensure transparent communication with supervisory authorities and the public.
